4 Day Tour
09:00 - Departure from Reykjavík.
12.00 - Lunch at the Icelandic Sorcery & Witchcraft Museeum in Hólmavík.
13:00 - We cross the moor over to Ísafjarðardjúp as we leave for Súðavík. On our way, we visit Unaðsdalur and Kaldalón. Climbing Ármúli (381 m) where the view is wonderful in a good weather, is optional. Also a one hour walk to the ridge of Vatnsfjarðarmúli, in an area with history from the viking age.
We arrive in Súðavík approximately at 16.30.
19.00 - Dinner at the guesthouse in Súðavík.
09.00 - Departure to Patreksfjörður where we have lunch
13:30 - We will visit Látrabjarg bird cliff, the largest sea bird cliff in Europe and one of the westernmost points of Europe. The magnificent waterfall, Dynjandi, Rauðisandur and the uniquely peaceful and beautifully harsh nature.
18.30 - Dinner at Patreksfjörður
09:30 - We are off to visit the nearby villages
12.00 - Lunch in Ísafjörður. And then we continue with photograpic sceneries, places of interests or/and museums. A walk in nature or maybe the latest gossip in one of the swimmingpools (optional).
19:00 - Dinner at the guesthouse in Súðavík.
09:00 - After breakfast, we will slowly head south through an area that has lost most of its inhabitants despite its unspoiled natural charm.
12.00 - Lunch at Bjarkarlundur.
13.00 - We will spend the afternoon among the White-tailed Eagle Centre, Eiríksstaðir, the birthplace of Leifur Eiríksson, the first European settler in the US or at the Settlement center in Borgarness.
17.00 - Reykjavík - end of journey.
